Design Challenge: Create a functional, but modern space.
Working with a customer that already had a clear vision of the building he wanted, the Pro-Line team wanted to turn these ideas into reality. In order to create a bright, inviting commercial space, the building design included a specialty truss porch roof and wraparound walkway. These high-quality, unique features appropriately fit the company’s needs and exceeded the client’s expectations.

DESIGN CHALLENGE: Construct a building for a marketing agency with an in-house printing company.
Keeping in mind the need to incorporate space for two different types of companies, Pro-Line created a structure with two levels of office space and a warehouse and print room located at the back of the building. The open-concept main floor includes ample space for desks, as well as a kitchen, a media room, and two multi-purpose office or call rooms. Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooks the lower level and houses a large office, two call rooms, a conference room, and a balcony. Glass surrounding the conference room and balcony opens the space, with the option to use cordless, automatic blinds for privacy when needed.
The warehouse and print room boast space for several large printers, storage shelves, tables, and other print equipment. Doors separating these rooms from the front office space allow separation between the two companies while maintaining a feeling of cohesion for employees.
“Instead of trying to fit me and my employees into a space that wasn’t suited for our needs, Pro-Line created a space unique to us. With both a marketing agency and printing company under one roof, we had particular specifications—but Pro-Line made it happen. Although I came into the project with limited knowledge of the design-build process, Bill and Mack were able to guide me in determining what was possible for the building and were willing to do whatever it took to bring my vision to life. I don’t think all companies would have been able to provide the service, quality, and expertise to make this type of project a success, but Pro-Line has the right people to walk me through the process and get the job done the way we wanted. Now we have a beautiful building that’s perfect for the entire company.”
– John Campbell, President at Blue Frog Marketing
Without continuous knowledge, advice, and friendly support from Bill and the entire team at Pro-Line, my building project would not have been possible. From meeting with the architect at the beginning of our engagement to reviewing plans before construction and making changes during the initial buildout, Pro-Line was flexible and responsive every step of the way.
